The Bearded Prophet

Lets face it. A lot and I mean A LOT of the IWC is having doubts that Bray Wyatt could go over Cena at mania.Who can blame them. For years we have seen Super Cena defy the odds. For years we have seen Cena go over guys who have been seen as "more deserving" but that was until Wrestlemania 28. At Mania 28 we saw one of the best part time guys come back and beat Cena in the main event. Cena put The Rock, now a hollywood film star, over. Lets just analyse that shall we. That feud had it all and we all ear marked Cena to win. We did. Dont lie. But he didn't. He lost to a guy who would win his match and disappear for another 9 months. So if the IWC were wrong then could they be wrong now?

I believe they could be. The fact is John Cena has only had two Wrestlemania matches that weren't for World Titles. This match will be his third. John Cena has never had a storyline going into Wrestlemania where he has actually had to work as a character. John Cena has never been in a situation where is opponent has been able to "scare" him or put him on edge. The fact is Bray Wyatt can be the perfect Joker to John Cena's Batman.
Wyatt is by far the best talker on the roster (in my opinion) and has always proven that when given the chance. I mean this guy is the living carnation of the word "rebirth". Who the hell would have thought that three years ago Husky Harris would be facing John Cena at the biggest wrestling PPV of the last 30 years? I sure as hell didn't but Bray made me believe. Bray made the IWC and the fans believe in him. Bray made Husky Harris believe. Bray is so good on the mic that when he talks I get shivers and I listen to every god damn word that that man has to say because mark my words he will be here for years.

Now is the time for WWE to start making new stars. They have already begun the process with The Shield and Bryan so why not just cement Bray where he can be at his best? Have it begin with Mania and let Bray have a 6 months sting before Cena finally beats him. Bray Wyatt should become a name much like Kane or The Undertaker or even Mankind that is remembered for having a great gimmick. But I think this Mania needs to be the starting point for that and he needs to do it by making his entrance.

Now bare with me on this next bit because its all just opinion on my part. I honestly believe Bray should do his usual bit of "....We're here" and then have all the lights go out in the stadium. I mean all of them. The music should start and 30/40 people dressed like The Wyatts should walk out carrying torches (fire or otherwise but preferably fire) with Bray, wearing his leather apron, on their shoulders. John Cena should be seen at ringside unsure what to make of everything. Bray will then be placed on the ring apron and the congregation will watch on as Bray cuts a promo about now being the time that the truth is told and that he goes to war without fear of death. THE CONGREGATION SHOULD BE CHEERING LIKE A MOB EVERYTIME THEY AGREE WITH BRAY. Imagine what it would be like when the crowd joins in. It  would be like the "What?!" chants but much more violent and loud. Bray will finish the promo by posing and says "follow the buzzards" at which point the crowd  and congregation will repeat it back to him and will be lead of by Harper and Rowan.

The match needs to be physical and it needs to show Cena being afraid of Bray when he attacks. Cena, however, will have to be looking strong going into the PPV so that when, YES I SAID WHEN, Bray beats him he will look strong. Cena could even use this loss to create an edge to his character (much like the one I mentioned in THE NEXT BIG HEEL TURN Blog). The fact is the WWE need to push Bray because he and The Shield are the next generation of stars. Bray throws his 270 pound body round like he weighs 190lbs and its intimidating. He can be this generations evil. This generations demented soul. HE NEEDS TO BE THIS GENERATIONS SOMETHING SO DONT MESS UP WWE.

So what do you think? Do you follow the buzzards or are you part of the Cenation? Let me know your thoughts on twitter or in the comments section down below. @LevellerLOW

What I expect from WWE this week

I try my best to to avoid expecting anything from wwe but this week I expect a fair amount. So far WWE have only announced 4 matches for Wrestlemania 30;

  • HHH vs Bryan
  • Andre Battle Royal
  • Bray vs Cena
  • Batista vs Orton vs ?
Now for me this is worrying considering wrestlemania is two weeks away. This week should be about building the feuds and next week should be about who gets the upper hand going in to wrestlemania so I just want to take a moment and let you see what matches I feel will be booked this week.

Shield vs Kane and The NAO

Its been teased over the last week on Smackdown and RAW but they have yet to announce it. This match has potential to be really big. Its not what I would do with The Shield but hey Im not Vinnie Mac. I think in order for this match to work Kane is going to need to dawn some kind of wrestling gear. Personally I would have The Shield set fire to Kane or his ring gear and mask. This would cause Kane to wrestle in his gear again or in new gear. The match can be a perfect example of New vs Old. The NAO can still go and Kane is and always has been one of the best big men in the business so we know he can go but this story needs something personal to it. Just beating each other up one week after another wont work. There needs to be a twist. Let me know what you think it would be at @LevellerLOW.

Usos vs RybAxel vs The Real Americans vs The Rhodes Dynasty

There needs to be a tag match on the card. Plain and simple. So why not give four teams a chance to do something interesting? This gives four teams a chance to show what they can really do and gives more guys a place on the card at the biggest wrestling event of the year. HELL MAKE IT A LADDER MATCH.

A divas match

Let me make this clear. AJ is losing the title at mania. It doesnt matter at this point who her opponent is. Id say its clear that AJ loses that title.

WWE have one week to set up these matches so that they can try and get some kind of short story out of them. I dont believe a lot of these stories end at mania even though they should. Next week should be about who gets the momentum going into Wrestlemania and the build up and making everything relevant. Making everything seem must watch will be difficult but they could manage it.

Get A Grip Before I Give You A Push

"WHY ISNT ZIGGLER GETTING PUSHED?!"
"OMG they are burying ....."
"Cant believe you said its better they keep Sandow in the midcard"

These are just some of the misunderstood comments I recieved this week on twitter so I think now is a good time to address why some people need, as Justin Labar puts it, A REALITY CHECK.

The WWE is a great big monster of a business. Its current worth as of January 2nd was $1.25 Billion. Vince McMahon is a billionaire and runs one of the most profitable sports entertainment shows on the planet. The man clearly has some business sense. He clearly knows what is best for his business. He clearly knows what is best for WWE. So when will some of you realise that WWE will do whats best for WWE?

The IWC pines over guys like Ziggler, Sandow and Ryder but is it realistic to ask for them to be pushed into the main event? WWE puts guys in the main event if;

  • They produce money for the company
  • They sell merchandise like a motherfucker
  • They can be reliable in the ring
  • Can hold a match and feud.
Unless you have all of the above don't expect to be champion. And yes sometimes there are guys who deserve it but constantly complaining online doesn't change who wwe push. If you want a guy pushed you go to a show, you buy their merch and you prey they begin putting good matches on.
The fact is WWE is built up of layers of talent. Backstage guys, Jobbers, Midcarders, UpperMidcard and Main Eventers. Now, this week on twitter i made the point of saying "Jobbers are the best workers and need to know how to sell best." This is true. It is their job to make the winner of the match look strong. WWE has used jobbers for years. Look to guys like Brooklyn Brawler and Gilberg.

Without Jobbers you would never have what looks like a credible midcard. Midcard guys are the ones who go over jobbers but dont go over main eventers. Its simple. THE WHOLE WWE IS A PECKING ORDER.
But wouldn't you rather your guy was being used on a card than not used at all. Lets use the example of JTG. JTG is still on the roster much to the surprise of many people. When was the last time you saw JTG on RAW? When was the last time you saw JTG on Smackdown? Main Event? Saturday Morning Slam? Oh thats right you didn't. But when was the last time you saw Ziggler? Its basically every week on RAW or Smackdown or both.

But lets face it right now he isnt in the main event. He is in the midcard. But so is Kofi. Kofi is a guy who is there and thats it. He gets the job done and puts people over while still putting on a good show. Sometimes the best show in my opinion. But without guys like Kofi and Ziggler guys like Cena and Bray wouldnt look credible. And without guys like Slater and Ryder, Kofi and Ziggler wouldnt look good.

The point im trying to make is that sometimes its best to just appreciate your guy still has a job. JTG has been hired for over 6 years and he still gets paid weekly. Does he complain? No.

Think about it

Raw with an attitude

WWE showed us this week on RAW how you can be edgy while still being TVPG. In my opinion the show was golden. It had good promos, good matches and even the divas weren't that bad. SO WHY IN THE BLUE HELL DID THE IWC COMPLAIN?!

My twitter feed, literally minutes after RAW, was full of complaints about how Bryan is being buried and just put down. If Bryan is being buried why does he get to be shown twice on RAW? If Daniel Bryan is being buried why does his segment from last week get shown and mentioned three times on RAW? If Daniel Bryan is being buried would they really offer him two high profile matches at Wrestlemania 30, arguably the biggest wrestling PPV produced? Just think about it.
Now the reasons for these complaints?

Now, Im no expert but haven't the majority of people complained about TVPG? Havent the majority of the hardcore fans claimed the product was watered down since the change in product happened? Then why in the name of Vince McMahon would you complain about this Raw or even this segment. Raw began with HHH cursing to an extent. Raw ended with a moment that made me shocked. ME. SHOCKED. Doesn't happen often but it did. There was moments in the segment that were softer than the attitude era but fans complained it was too far.

Anyone remember when Daniel Bryan got fired for choking Justin Roberts with a cable and we all said "Well hey thats not fair he was just doing his job. Its wrestling people get hurt"? Well this is exactly the same. Do you really believe that they would let HHH do anything that would legit put D-Bry on the shelf? Lets take a look at what happened;

  • Huge heel moment
  • fake police
  • handcuffs
Now there is nothing there we didnt see before.....

  • HHH hits Bryan when he is handcuffed
  • Bryan is literally defenseless
  • HHH man handles him
  • Bryan tries to fight back and is then pushed face down in the water box
  • Stephanie bitch slaps bryan
  • HHH nails Daniel Bryan with a chair against the ring post
  • HHH pedigrees an already demolished, battered Bryan to end the night.
NOW WHATS THE PROBLEM?! In the attitude era we saw Austin drop HHH from a for lift, mankind set on fire, Austin ran over, people get thrown off the stage and people get electrocuted. The reason you are shocked is because this rarely happens. This is why the segment was gold. The cries from Steph "DROWN HIM, DROWN! HIM!" were brilliant. The Authority showed why they are in charge.

And people are saying this will make Bryan look weak? WILL IT HELL. Bryan will come back either next week or the week after to show he is fine but in order for Bryan to look amazing at Wrestlemania they need to give HHH the upperhand. Can you really not see that complainers? I mean yes it was rough and yes some of it was hard to watch because literally no one helped Bryan but in the end of it all Bryan is cemented as THE superstar.

HHH made himself look like a threat to Bryan and that's what needed to be established especially after announcing he could win and go on to the main event as well. He reminded us of the bad ass he can be. The guy who broke austins legs, the guy who burst rocks kidneys, the guy who runs the whole show.

So let me pose the question; DO YOU REALLY WANT THE ATTITUDE ERA BACK OR DO YOU JUST WANT LESS BORING TV?

Honestly I just wanted less boring TV and last nights RAW was the perfect example of the great edgy product WWE can be. By not utilizing the weapons and the OTT violence constantly they managed to make it look like Daniel Bryan had been through a car wreck last night when in fact all it was was a head shot with a chair, a bit of a "beating" and a pedigree.

I AM HYPED FOR MANIA NOW.

Laying The Smackdown

For a while now the WWE have made it very clear that Smackdown is the "B" show. For me personally this is stupid. If you have two shows on separate you put an equal amount of effort into it. It just makes sense. At one point Smackdown was as good, if not better, than Raw.
Smackdown began its life as what was essentially The Rock's show and it didn't matter what stars were on it because there was always good stories. I mean there was big stars every week. Austin , Rock, HHH, Big Show, Undertaker, Mankind and in later years we got Angle, Lesnar, Edge, Eddie and Cena. So at what point did WWE decide,
"MMMM FUCK IT LETS BRUSH THIS SHOW TO ONE SIDE!"?

This article is going to look at what I would do to make Smackdown better again. What I would do to help improve the show and make it better than it currently is.

Step 1 - Make it live

Plain and simple really. Make the show live. Smackdown could thrive if it was live programming just for the fact that they wouldn't have to worry about all the post production nonsense. The show would no doubt bring in a lot more viewers as this would mean that there was almost 100% less chance for spoilers to be posted online. Smackdown could literally be a good live show with just the same amount of interest as RAW if there wasn't so many opportunities for spoilers. A live crowd (gonna cover this in a second) with live action with live entertainment is exactly what RAW gets so why not treat your other show with the same respect?

Step 2 - Stop piping in crowd noises

For those of you who aren't aware, WWE pipes in crowd noises on smackdown. If you aren't aware you are either new to the product or deaf because its clearly obvious. Things such as booing superstars and Feed Me More chants have been piped in in order to make the show and select stars look better. Wanna now how to stop this? PUT ON INTERESTING MATCHES. Smackdown often has matches that are very well put on, however they aren't always from people you would expect. Put some bigger stars in some top matches that run more than 6 minutes at a time. The crowd should be organic. The only people you are fooling is yourselves WWE.

Step 3 - Use Bigger Names to Help Promote

WWE need to start putting bigger names on the shows. For a while we got Bryan and The Shield. That's cool. But lets just point out the elephant in the room shall we. They aren't Cena. WWE's target audience is kids. FACT. John Cena is most kids favourite wrestler. FACT. So why not use Cena on the show? Even if its once a month? Maybe even take him off RAW once a month and just have him appear on Smackdown. Sometimes less is more. Another point that can be made from this is the fact bigger names help establish smaller stars. WWE could be using guys to promote certain superstars. This is something I have suggested they do with NXT as well. Use cross show story lines. I realise its no longer the brand split but they can still run it in the same way.

Step 4 - Make Smackdown About Smackdown

Smackdown, or as I like to call it "The RAW Rewind theatre" has been used as a platform to remind viewers of what happened on RAW. That's fine. Have your commentators remind people what happened. Show a 20 second video. But DO NOT USE IT TO SHOW SEGMENTS FROM RAW! How stupid can you be? I mean if I wanted to watch RAW re-runs id tape the show. Smackdown should be primarily about Smackdown. The show should focus on the stars and the action involved not to show bits of RAW that WWE need re-enforced in storylines This is also because wwe treat fans like they have memories like sieves.

Step 5 - The Staging

I understand that because Smackdown is taped the night after RAW but does that mean we can't change the ring ropes? Does that mean we couldn't have a slightly different entrance way? I miss when WWE had the big fist stage or even the original Smackdown arch ways. The different stage gave it a different dynamic to RAW. Even the lighting had a different feel to it. Its simple but it can change everything. Sometimes a different commentary team can be refreshing as well. Put Regal and Cole on RAW and then put JBL and Cole on Smackdown. Lawler? Go Home.

Step 6 - Titles

Im not saying brand split. Im really not but putting the US title specifically on Smackdown couldn't hurt the title surely? It could bring in a chance to let new stars try for the belt and even give it more TV time. This would leave space for the IC title on RAW that the upper mid-card/lower main event card can challenge for.

While some of these things might actually seem quite trivial its amazing to think that wwe still treats Smackdown like a wasted show. I feel Main Event often gets more promotion than Smackdown does. The B Show used to be great and now its a watered down version of itself. This leads me to my last points but possibly my most controversial points.

Step 7 - Put It Back On Tuesday Nights

Friday Night Smackdown has a ring to it. It just works. However, Tuesday night is currently a better time for WWE to show it. The week is monopolised by wrestling. Monday is RAW, Wednesday is Main Event, Thursday is NXT and Impact and Friday is Smackdown. So why not put Smackdown LIVE on Tuesday and then put a re-run of RAW on the network? More viewers for both shows.

Step 8 - TV14

Yep I said it. Smackdown could be the adult wrestling show. It could be the edgy product. Smackdown could literally be the hard hitting, foul mouthed blast to the past that most internet fans complain about missing. Think about it, the edgier show will bring in more, older viewers who may have moved away from the product since the TV-PG change. Hell if needs be put the show on later. 9-11pm. This could result in more personalised moments in feuds and could even feature, wait for it, BAD LANGUAGE!?! I know its a mad idea right? The language could be censored on RAW if they decide to show a clip from smackdown and chair shots (as usual) could be edited so we don't see the contact on the re-run.

So you tell me, what do you think. Is it possible to make Smackdown more than a "B" show? Let me know your thoughts by leaving a comment or on twitter.

Bow Down To The King

So you may be thinking this is just gonna be a rant about HHH? Well you're wrong. Unlike a lot of the IWC I like Triple H. I like the king of kings, the game, the cerebral assassin, the grave digger. Yes we ccan all live in the past and bitch and moan about how many guys he has/hasnt put over or we can discuss how he married into the company rather than just marrying someone else OR we could appreciate just what he is doing right now.

As we have seen over the past few months Triple H and Stephanie have been on one large power trip. They are THE couple to be in WWE and they most definitely know how to put on the heel attitude. Triple H is playing the powerhouse boss who is bviously trying to keep up public relations while running the company and Steph is doing her best to be Daddies little princess with daddies manly no mess attitude. In my opinion both of them have found their forte.
We all knew that Triple H would have to slow down his in ring work once he began working as a more prominent role backstage but Hunter has also managed in the last 6 months to put on some of his best work in my opinion. He is the perfect egotistical boss. He thinks he knows whats "best for business" but basically does the opposite. The crowd boo him so he mocks them right back. Its great to see a heel be that old school jerk.
Steph has became daddies little nightmare. She has begun to turn into female Vince. This week we saw her screaming and getting riled up at the Occupy Raw segment and for me this was great. Steph began showing more character than she has ever done before.

"THIS IS MY COMPANY. I OWN YOU" Never has Stephanie said a more honest line. In time she will run the company but right now she can just be the perfect bitch. This past Monday was the best example of that I have ever seen. I was almost praying she would walk down the ramp like Vince and throw her coat off only for HHH to try and stop her. These little character traits are what are helping to keep both of these characters fresh. For me Steph was never all that interesting but now that she is harnessing her inner Vince I am much more impressed and really it has helped HHH as well.
So why are we complaining about HHH and Steph still? A lot of my followers have complained that Stephanie's shrieking and screaming is just irritating and that HHH "buries" everyone he talks about but n light isn't that what they are supposed to do? HHH is the douche bag boss and his wife is the bitch from hell. Her voice is meant to annoy you. He is meant to come across as an asshole. She is meant to make you want to hit her.
THATS THE JOB AS A HEEL

They are meant to annoy you because right no they are really some of the only superstars on the roster who are meant to be heels and lets be honest the kiss, featured above, is a completely horrible cringe worthy moment but it works so well because they are meant to come across as dicks. Their characters are meant to be assholes unlike Batista who was booked to come back as a face and then the crowd gave him x-pac heat. Christian the fans cant decide about, The Wyatts rarelyget booed because they are so damn good, The Shield get mixed but closer to face pops because they are entertaining. So can we really complain about HHH and Steph being annoying or are we just moaning because we the people demand more from the product these days?

Pipebomb

I have been very quiet over the last few weeks in regard to the whole CM Punk situation. I have avoided saying too much on twitter about it and I have pretty much avoided it in my blogs. But I feel now is the time to talk. I feel we have enough information now to establish some serious points. Please bare in mind this article is opinion.

CM Punk has stuck to his guns. Good on him. He did what he said he would do. "Im going home." Great for him. I support a man who has the balls to do as he pleases and not conform to the man, however, I dont support the way in which he did it and I didnt support the way Austin did it. CM Punk, and don't take this lightly, walked away from not just the wwe but the fans too. There was no storyline write off, there was no continuity to the disappearance of Punk after the rumble and sure as hell there was no mention of him until Chicago. Now while I respect the man and the work he did YOU DONT JUST LEAVE PAYING CUSTOMERS HIGH AND DRY.

Would a singer leave the stage mid song if he felt that he wasn't getting a big crowd? Hell no he wouldnt because if he did he would never get another gig because word travels as a promoter. CM Punk walked out of work and his friends claim he has enough to survive without working ever again. Good for Punk. But if Punk ever expects to be trusted within a contractual situation again he is gonna have to prove it.

Another thing to note is that Vince Mcmahon has put in too much time and money to just let Punk go and this is one of the reasons that Punk wasnt buried on television. Its clear that Vince still believes that Punk will come back even if the rest of the locker room doesnt. Most of the locker room believe that Punk is done with wrestling or at least WWE in the most part. But lets be honest Vince McMahon is the only person rich enough who could pull off a scheme like this and make it into a believable storyline if needs be. Maybe Punk returns at Mania but much like good ol' JR I think that ship has sailed.

Punk was never my favourite guy but I sure as heck appreciate his in ring work and his attitude in the ring but when he walked I lost all respect for him. I understand how hard it can be to stay in a job that gives you no satisfaction. I have been there so I see why he walked. I understand as to what he was going through but in my head those reasons do not counter weigh the fans and the time put into you as a star. Yes Punk did the work as well but its very clear at the moment
NO ONE IS BIGGER THAN THE MACHINE.

Lets be honest though, Punk literally went home. Punk literally walked away. Punk literally did what any five year old who couldnt get his way did. He had a tantrum. It was said Punk was unhappy with creative decisions for him to face HHH at wrestlemania. Punk believed that this was not a star studded match and that he deserved better. Let that sink in. Punk believed he deserved better. A match with HHH at wrestlemania is a huge match for 90% of the roster. HHH is a veteran for god sake and a big focal point on TV so most guys would be over the moon that they got this chance. But not Punk. He felt he deserved more. Now Punk has been the first to say he doesn't really stroke his own ego but to me that feels like exactly what he did.

So lets face the facts here. Punk is not coming back anytime soon. There would be no point not until after Wrestlemania anyway. For the time being the "Best in the world" will just have to be "The Best in the world at staying home". Punk threw a tantrum and didnt get his way. It has backfired and work or not we just have to accept it and move on. So stop chanting WE WANT PUNK and start chanting for the guys who are there. The guys who work. The guys who put in their effort every night. Dont forget about the Cenas, the Bryans, The wyatts, The Shield and the Usos because they are the ones working through the stuff he left. The fact is the voice of the voiceless has gone mute so just move on and watch the product for what its worth.

*drops mic and exits the ring bitch*

Booking On A New Level - The Ministry Returns

Situation

We recently saw The Undertaker return to RAW to answer Brock Lesnars open contract for Wrestlemania. The Undertaker we got though was not the same as last year. No. We got a throw back to The Undertaker circa 1999. His goatee was the same shape and his robes were clearly fashioned around those of his younger self. Taker looked great and once he had died his beard he looked to be much younger. This left me wondering why have the WWE gone with this image for Taker? Was it to hide his grey hair? To make him look more menacing? Was it simply Mark Calaway's own decision? Whatever reason it was left me with a wonderful thought. What if there are plans to keep Undertaker around longer than Wrestlemania this year? What if WWE plan on keeping Undertaker on screen all year round as a figure head for a group. A group so powerful that they would scare the authority? What if WWE brought back The Undertakers Ministry?
PLEASE BARE IN MIND THE FOLLOWING IS ALL JUST OPINION.

Storyline

Undertaker and Brock Lesnar is more or less set in stone. Brock and Taker have had several battles before and Brock has proven that he wasn't afraid of the American Badass but what about The Deadman?
The Raw after Chicago and we see Brock Lesnar backstage asking staff members if they have seen Paul Heyman and that when he arrives to alert him. The night goes on and Brock comes out on his own with no sign of Heyman. Brock tells Taker that he isn't intimidated by parlour tricks and he isn't going to be intimidated by an old man with a pen. He explains that the match has been made final and that he is ready to fight. Before Brock can finish, Undertakers gong hits and the druids walk out carrying a body bag on their shoulders. Taker appears on the tron telling Brock that
he may have beaten the american badass but facing the deadman is a near death experience and to prove it he has brought him a gift. The druids leave the body bag on the ramp and leave slowly. Brock, confused gets out of the ring and approaches the bag. The bag begins to move and Brock steps back.  Trying not to show fear Brock yet again approaches the bag and this time pins it down and unzips it. Brock looks confused and then angry as the camera pans round to see Heyman tied up in the bag holding a Undertaker crucifix.

RAW comes round the following week and we are reminded of what Brock did and what occurred. The night goes on and we see Brock and Heyman talking back stage in Brocks dressing room. They are discussing what happened and Heyman keeps telling Brock not to worry and that they are just being played. There is a knock at the door and there is a bouquet of black roses on the floor at Brocks feet with a note saying "Our condolences. The fall of man is coming." Brock angry screams and throws the flowers against the wall and slams the door. We hear Paul Heyman trying to calm him down.
Later on we see Kane in his office and the lights cut out and he is pinned to the wall by several druids.
Kane is scared and he is handed a big wooden box with a note that we are shown says "remember"

Next week Undertaker comes to the ring with several druids, two of which are carrying his robes behind him. Taker gets in the ring and explains that he isnt back because he wants one more match at wrestlemania. He goes on to explain that he feels that its time the wwe universe remembers how he got where he is and who he is.Undertaker states that all those who step in his way fall and they will suffer the trials as he did once before. HHH walks out explaining that times have changed. Its a new era and that he thought they both knew that. Undertaker tells him that he needs to change his ways before the final days fall upon them. HHH tells him enough is enough and that he needs to move on like he did. Taker stares at him and explains that once he is through with Brock that HHH better stay out of his way because there is no sabbath for his ministry. HHH looks confused as the segment ends.

The final RAW before Wrestlemania happens and Brock Lesnar comes to the ring and Paul Heyman explains that the parlour tricks haven't worked thus far and they never will because Brock Lesnar is the beast incarnate and its time for the deadman to pass on. Undertaker comes to the ring with his druids and stands face to face with Brock and explains that there are no parlour tricks, there are no magic tricks and that What Brock needs to understand is that before he came to the WWE 12 years ago there was a man called The Undertaker who had a following called the ministry and they destroyed anyone and anything that got in their way. Brock just laughs and Taker gets in his face saying "don't you get it BOY. You're just a pawn in a higher powers game of chess and that the time of solace comes closer. While many believe I may be getting older and weaker the truth is I am the phenom and I will not pass. My legacy lives on no matter who stands tall." Brock goes to attack Taker but the lights go out quickly. They come back on and Taker has disappeared. The druids are holding Brock down and we can see Brock is scared. Brock is worried. Heyman stands frozen unable to do anything. The lights go out again and the druids disappear. The lights come back on and Brock is sitting in the corner shaking.

The final smackdown before wrestlemania happens and Brock and Heyman are in the ring. Heyman cuts a promo explaining how much of a mistake Undertaker has made by trying to corner and animal. Heyman asks if Undertaker has ever seen an animal cornered. He claims they fight back and that Brock is like a caged, angry tiger and that Undertaker better be prepared to dig his own grave because Brock will end him. Brock wants to prove his dominance so he challenges any three people in the back. Brock destroys them all in a 3 on 1 situation. The druids come out again this time Brock charges at them taking out several until one stands left. The druid stands taller than the others. Brock looks on for a second before he goes to attack and is stopped in his tracks by a big boot. The crowd cheers and we see the druid begin to remove his robes. Its Kane standing tall in his old gear. His big red machine attire. He pulls Brock up and holds him by the neck and forces him to look at the ring. Undertaker appears from under the ring and destroys Heyman and pulls him away.

Wrestlemania comes around and we see Brock make his entrance. The crowd goes quiet and the gong hits. The Undertaker makes his way to the ring slowly followed by druids who are holding the crucifix behind them. Undertaker turns and we hear him say "what Im about to do. It's for Bearer." He commands the druids to hoist up the crucifix and Kane walks out carrying Paul Heyman. They place him on the cross as Brock watches on getting angrier. The druids and Taker have sacrificed Heyman to the higher power and the match begins.
Taker gets the win after a hard fought match as Brock essentially fights for his life. At the end of the match Undertaker tells Kane to bring him a microphone. Kane does so as the druids place Undertakers robes on him. Undertaker tells Brock that he was just the first to fall and that its time the authority saw that they aren't the ones in charge.

The next night on Raw HHH questions Undertaker in the ring, who again is surrounded by druids, as to what he meant by his statements. Undertaker asks how Ms. McMahon is. HHH tells him its none of his god damn business and to answer his question. The Undertaker just laughs in his face and HHH goes to attack Taker but is stopped by the druids and Kane. Two of the druids grab HHH in the ring and another hits HHH with a bicycle kick and the two who were holding him use "the fall of man". Its revealed that the men under the robes are in fact The Ascension and Solomon Crowe.

Summary

This of course would only work if Kane is told by the authority that he should go back to full time wrestling if he wishes to continue attacking other wrestlers. This story arc could keep Taker on TV as a full time figure and he wouldn't need to have that many matches. He could have Kane and The New Ministry take care of business so to say. They can give the impression that Taker is slowly getting stronger and that The Authority is losing control. If needs be it can result in a Authority face team instead of heels.
